Patrick is a seasoned ES&H professional with over 20 years of global experience driving health, safety, and environmental strategies across complex, high-risk infrastructure, civil, mechanical, and pipeline projects. He is adept at building strong client relationships and aligning safety objectives with business goals to enhance project execution and stakeholder confidence.
With proven expertise in HSE governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and executive-level engagement, Patrick has led safety operations on some of the world's largest construction projects — including the Riyadh Metro (30,000+ workers, 50km+ of lines) and NEOM's flagship Trojena development.
Patrick founded Safety Data Solutions to bridge the gap between traditional safety management and modern data analytics, helping organisations not just track safety performance — but genuinely improve it through purpose-built technology and data-driven insights.
